Do I need to buy stickers separately?
Yes. Your subscription gives you access to the platform and QR codes. Stickers are a one-time physical purchase you order separately and place on your vehicles.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your dealer dashboard under My Plan. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I reach my vehicle limit?
You'll see a warning in your dashboard when you're close to your limit. Once you hit it, you won't be able to add more vehicles until you upgrade your plan.
How does the QR code work?
When you add a vehicle, a unique QR code is generated automatically. A buyer scans it with their phone, lands on that vehicle's page, and submits their contact info — which goes straight to your dashboard as a lead.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account page. No contracts or cancellation fees.
